Only Lilaun was present at the scheduled start of the meeting, but shortly, Syddny arrived and over the next hour, the others did too.

 

Shannora was added to the guild for Dannia, who is moving on to Elite Regime with Louci, as her level is too high to not have a guild that supports high-level raiding.  We will miss having Dannia in our list, but she will continue to be a Maiden at heart.

 

Bunnily was added as another alt for Lethena, giving us a cleric, again.  It is a welcome addition for us.

 

Syddny confirmed that Lulaby has moved on to another guild, with a RL friend.  Like Louci and Dannia, she needs more high-levels to raid with.  She, too, will be missed.

 

Further discussion on increasing communication led to the suggestion to set "/autojoin MoN:mon" for each member.  Then, whenever you log on, on whatever alt or character, you would be joined into the channel of MoN  (Maidens of Norrath).  There probably won't be much "chat" on that channel, but it gives us a way to see others if we need them.  Syddny has numerous alts, none in Maidens.  Thus, if an officer is needed, such as to recruit a new member, the MoN channel gives an easy way to see if he is on-line on an alt.  (He made a point of saying that he would be happy to drop his alt activities to switch to Syddny, if he were needed.)

 

A reminder was given to check the website and Message Boards, regularly.  Lilaun admitted that she didn't know we had a website until that meeting.

 

Lethena continues to work on getting events and times planned that would allow us to hunt together more often.  Most agreed that hunting with other Maidens has often been one of our favorite times on EQ.  However, our schedules and levels make that difficult, and Lethena's challenges are significant, to overcome those obstacles.

 

Next meeting is scheduled for Sunday, November 24.  Same place and time. (Steamfont Mountains, 7 PM (pacific))
