Sergeants at Arms
As a predominantly female character guild it should be known that we do have a place in our guild for a very elite and brave few male characters. The position of "Sergeant at Arms" is to be held by male characters who will act on the guilds behalf as guards and protectors of the Maidens of Norrath.
So that we can keep their positions as "Sergeant At Arms for the Maidens" a very prideful position held by only a rare few, no "Sergeant at Arms" will be invited without a full proof that they will be able to uphold their position and live up to their title. Before being invited to join they may be asked to go through a "Maidens Bootcamp" where they have to fulfill certain and varied deeds for unsuspecting maidens. They may also have quests to perform that will be assigned by the leader and the senior officer. Upon completion of the potential Sergeants quest, the leader and senior officer will meet and discuss the results. The potential sergeant will then be notified and announced at the next guild meeting where he will then be invited to be a member of the guild by the leader or senior officer.
Male characters will be considered for membership very rarely as this guild was designed for female characters. However, this should in no way diminish our respect for our current male characters as they have already proven in one way or another that they are worthy protectors of the Maidens.
