The position of officer can only be assigned by the guild leader. The guild leader, Senior Officer and Second Officer will confer when possible before assigning a new officer.
Officers will be required to uphold the policies and principles of the Maiden of Norrath. They should be able to assist members of the guild should they have any questions regarding the guild or EverQuest in general. If they are unable to help, they should direct the member to the guild leader, the senior officer, another officer in charge of that event area or a member that can assist them.
New members wishing to be invited into the guild should be brought to the attention of the nearest officer on-line. If an officer decides to invite someone, they should acquire the characters name, race, class, level and email address. They should then pass this information on to the guild leader or Senior Officer.
